Guys just left my house. They came out the same day that i called, showed up when they said they would, did the work, didn’t make a mess, and charged me exactly what they said on the phone. I couldn’t be happier.
Someone with Goss brothers plumbing Came out, and said we needed to update all plumbing, well they said they would be out the next day, but never showed! We called, and constantly got a run-around, for about 3 weeks. They really need to find someone with a better attitude, to work in the office, she was constantly rude, and acted like she didn't have time for us! Called today, and she claims they're booked for the month, so we need to find another plumber. So I called, Dependable plumbing, and they came out immediately, and there doing all the work tomorrow.
I have called Goss on multiple occasions to take care of plumbing issues at my father's home in Jasper. When I spoke to one of the gentlemen there it was no problem. They came out, did good work and we paid at the time of service. My father is elderly and has caregivers who take care of him. There was a flood in the laundry room and I was out of town. I told the caregiver to go ahead and call Goss. She did and the woman who answered demanded to have a form of payment before she would even try to send someone out. The caregiver didn't know what to do. We had never been asked this before. I had my sister on the way there so the caregiver told the lady at Goss that a family member would be there in a couple of hours but we needed help with the flooding. The lady wouldn't budge. I called her and she started ranting at me about how they had thousands of unpaid bills. I told her, not from us. She acknowledged that we always paid our bill immediately, but she still refused to send anyone out until we discussed the specific form of payment. I could have given her a credit card number but I was so angry over being treated like a deadbeat because some other idiot had stiffed them, I just told her she lost our business. I called Mountainside Plumbing. They didn't ask any questions except our address. They came out immediately and dealt with the problem. Goss has lost our business.

A few years back we had problems with the pipes in the house not flowing correctly. They came out, used a camera feed, figured out the details and fixed it very quickly. They were nice, professional and put everything back the way it originally was. (They had to take apart my porch)
